1. Moringa Oleifera

This species is one of the world’s most useful plants. Also known as Horsedish tree in English. Drunkstick in India, the Benzolive tree in Haiti, Marum in Thailand, Nebeday which means "Never Die” in Senegal. In East Africa it is appropriately knows as ” Mother’s Best Friend.”
Of all the product of the tree the leaves are used the most. It is full of nutrients, low un fats, and carbohydrates and rich in minerals, iron and vitamin B. it is used in traditional medicine for treatment of various diseases. Moringa leaves prevent 300 diseases. It has been dubbed by some as the ” Miracle tree”.

2. Capsicum Frutescens

Researchers indicated that capsicum could help prevent the formation of dangerous blood clots. Scientist have concluded that capsicum does posses Fibrinolytic activity, meaning that is able to break down blood clots.

Researchers have also discovered capsicum could help control some types of chronic pains. The active ingredient in capsicum is compound called “capsaicin” which is a cardiovascular stimulant. Capsaicin acts as a dramatic and long lasting anesthetic.

4. Amaranthus Spinosus
The amaranths (also called pigweeds) comprise the genus amaranthus, widely distributed genus of short-lived herbs, occurring mostly in temperate and tropical regions. Amaranth greens. also called in Chinese spinach, hinn choy or yin tsoi. Chinese had been using this herb for centuries as remedy for profuse menstruation.

They are very good source of vitamins including vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin C, riboflavin and folate, dietary fiber and dietary minerals including znic, copper and manganese. The powdered leaves yield tannin. some reducing sugar and resin, but no alkaloid.

5. Ipomoea Batatas

The Genus IPOMOEA, woth over 500 species, is the largest genus in the family convulvulaceae. The genus includes important food crops (sweet potato and water spinach). Ipomoea batatas (also known as CAIAPO) is the only plant with IODINE. High in calories and vitamin A.
